Personal data protection policy
Effective from 26 September 2026.
These principles describe how we handle personal data that you send us via katalogisp.cz - through the contact form, a request to claim an internet provider profile or a proposal to amend a profile. We comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on the processing of personal data.
Who is the administrator
Let IT Bee, s.r.o., IČO 24205095, DIČ CZ24205095, with its registered office at Břehová 40/1, Josefov, 110 00 Praha 1, entered in the commercial register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague.
Contact regarding personal data: [email protected]. We have not appointed a data protection officer as the law does not require us to do so.
What data we process and why
- Name, email, phone and message from the contact form - so that we can respond to your enquiry or correct data about your company. Legal basis: your consent given in the form (Article 6, Paragraph 1(a) of the GDPR).
- Name, email, phone number and message from the request to claim the profile of an internet provider - to verify that the request is indeed submitted by the provider and to assign the profile for their management. The verification link is sent to the contact email we have on record for the company from the public register of the Czech Telecommunication Office (ČTÚ) or from its website, not to the address provided in the form. Legal basis: legitimate interest in verifying ownership of the profile (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR) and your consent to process the request.
- Content of the profile amendment proposal (price list, coverage map, contact details, description) - so that we can manually approve it and incorporate it into the profile. Legal basis: fulfilling a legitimate interest in maintaining an up-to-date catalogue (Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter f) GDPR).
- Technical data on form submission (IP address, time) - protection of forms against spam and misuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR).
- Cookies and data on website behaviour (Google Tag Manager) - measuring traffic. The script loads with a delay after your first interaction with the page (for website speed reasons); the website currently does not have a separate consent banner. Legal basis: legitimate interest in evaluating website operation (Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter f) of the GDPR).
None of the forms require sensitive data (special categories under Article 9 GDPR). Please do not send them to us, even voluntarily.
Who we pass the data to
We use processors who operate technology on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc. - running the website, forms and the database of profile claim requests
- Resend, Inc. - delivery of verification and notification emails
- Google Ireland Ltd. - measuring traffic (only with cookie consent)
We do not sell personal data nor pass them on to anyone for their own marketing purposes. Some processors may process data outside the EU; in such cases, the transfer relies on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or on an adequacy decision.
How long we keep the data
- Inquiry from the contact form: 12 months after processing, then we delete it.
- Request to claim the profile: The verification link is valid for 24 hours; after that, we will mark the request as expired. We retain data about the claimed profile for as long as the profile is held with us.
- Profile amendment proposal: kept during processing (approval or rejection) and thereafter as profile amendment history.
- Google Tag Manager cookies: depending on type, up to 24 months.
What rights do you have
Regarding your data you have the right to:
- know what data we hold about you and obtain a copy of it,
- have them corrected if they are incorrect,
- have them erased if there is no longer a reason for their processing,
- restrict their processing or object to it,
- get them in machine-readable format and transfer them elsewhere,
- revoke consent at any time. Revocation has no retroactive effect.
Simply write to [email protected]. We will respond within one month at the latest.
If our response is not sufficient for you, you can contact the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz.
Cookies
The website does not use its own necessary cookies. Google Tag Manager is loaded with a delay (after the first interaction with the page, no later than 6 seconds) - this is an optimisation of website speed, not a consent banner. Cookies that GTM may set can be deleted at any time in your browser settings.
Changes to these terms
If the processing method changes, we will update this document and move the effective date above.
